A little bit country a little bit elegant

I created a denim and drop cloth tablerunner and combined it with a crystal chandelier and other odds and ends to create an elegant country tablescape.
I made the runner out of old jeans and a piece of drop cloth. The drop cloth is the center of the runner and I wanted it to have some texture so I ran 4 gathering stitches down it. I love how it looks.
I used my denim silverware holders and added a rusty cut out letter for my guests and tied it on to the silverware holder as a placecard.
Here is the denim table runner laid out on the table. I used another piece of denim on a white tray to serve small desserts jn mini martini glasses. It kept them from sliding around too!
