Dressing Table Turned TV Console

This dressing table was a family hand-me-down that I was grateful to receive but couldn't figure out how to use. It didn't fit in my tiny "master" bedroom, and I don't have a real office space... Turns out it was the only thing strong enough to hold up our TV, so a TV console it is. Ay, I wish we had a wall mounted TV...
Big and sturdy, but oh so ugly, this dresser-turn-console needed a serious update.
It required a bit of deconstruction as it had just one too many sections to look normal.
I'm using the incredible Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® in old white. Two coats cover perfectly! Painting tips found in post...
Don't neglect the hardware, it can make a big difference in updating a piece! Unable to find a hardware style in the finish I desired, a paint job was in order for my new hardware as well!
Light and bright, practical, and updated!
