Hallway Makeover
A few words came to mind every time I'd walk up our stairs. Ugly. Ewww. Gross. There was SO MUCH brown! But now it's fresh, bright and lovely!
Here's the TERRIBLE before pictures. Can you believe I left it like this for almost 2 years? All of the rooms in our need to be repainted so it's taking me some time to let things evolve. I'm happy to have this space completed!

I added planks to the window wall and then added gold nail heads to every other space. And the black window mullions, swoon :-)
I built the blanket ladder for under $5 and the rug is also a $4 DIY! Makeovers do not have to cost a fortune! All of the wood on the planked wall is left over from our dining room board and batten.
