What is this flower called?

I have thought and thought and just can't remember what these are called. The plant tag for the plant is cut off just where the name is. Part of the words are "peacock ch..." As soon as I hear the name I will remember it. It's fairly common.

without my glasses and on my phone it looks like phlox or paniculata and there is a peacock series brand.
