Drywall tape is lifting in corners

Live in older home and in the corners the drywall tape is starting to lift ...How do I repair this ??

I think your first real step is to figure out why?... Did a previous homeowner get sloppy, or a contractor mr. Fix it ...maybe got lazy! Make sure there is no moisture lifting the tape first!

Yep..Just redo the corners ..What's the problem ?

Terry, the problem is....the walls are plastered & painted..so if I redo them, I have to plaster to match whats there....like I said old home....Thanks for the help...
