Have you ever come across a piece of thrift store or yard sale art that you thought had potential? But then you noticed the frame was dirty on the inside and out or wasn't the right color. Here are some tips on how to clean and reframe those art pieces.

The backing is pulled off and the glazing points are removed.
The art is removed and the frame is cleaned and painted. The glass is cleaned.
Craft paper is added to the back.
Hangers are replaced.
