Metal Storm Door --rust Gone

Breezeway door with large holes through to the foam center.
Inside
Outside of door with even more holes.
Most of the rotten board from inside of door. I should have taken pics before I cleaned most of it up.
I used the foam that is for electric switches as it doesn't over-foam. I put it into both sides in most of the larger holes to fill up the space between the original foam core and the new board I screwed into the bottom of the door. After that was dry, I sprayed it with the rust-inhibitor and let that dry overnight.
I used wood putty on the ends.
Back end with putty and that dried really well. I also painted both sides of the door just to 'freshen up' the look as the rest of the door was in good shape.
Inside of door with the kick plate in place. (Sorry about the black line on floor. I sprayed before putting down the newspaper.)
Outside of door. I bought the kick plates at Home Depot. Only about $15 each!
Close-up of outside of door. Only took a couple of days because of the drying time on those three preps. Viola! Almost new door!
