What's the best sealer for decks?

We treat our decks every couple of years but last year was horrible and it faded, peeled and doesn't look like it had any protective qualities. I've used Thompsons for years with good results but ths was horrible.

We finally used Deck Restore! I love it! You don't have to touch your deck again for years! It was labor intensive but super worth it! Good luck!
