I want to change the backsplash in my kitchen without having to remove the current one. It's a black granite backsplash. I am wondering whether I can stick tiles over it or paint it another color. What are my options to change the look without removing it?

Hi Bar! I painted our black granite backsplash. I used the same primer and paint that I used on the tile floor in this post. http://www.apinterestaddict.com/2012/07/26/painting-floor-tile/ It's held up great in both places (the backsplash and the floor tile).
