Grandpa's Old Wood Ladder Planter
by
Norman Frank Jr
(IC: homeowner)
We wanted to add some more color to our patio area in the yard. Unfortunately, Our small yard was running out of room. So we went vertical.
We started with a wreath made from some old trimming shears, an old garden hose, a watering can, and some plastic flowers. This will be our topper for the ladder.
Next, we painted the old ladder white with outdoor house paint and secured it to the house and wooden sidewalk.
Next, we added some old planters we had to the rungs of the ladder. These were secured with screws.
And finally, the last step was adding soil and a beautiful mixture of flowers for color. This has been one of our favorite and most popular addition to our garden patio.
