DIY Decorated Glass Vase

I saved an empty glass bottle from a tomato puree, because it is the perfect shape for an easy DIY project! With the help of some ribbons and mod podge, the bottle became a cute decorated glass vase!
Materials:


- Empty glass bottle


- Ribbon – one or two different colors


- Mod Podge (I used Art Potch, which is supposed to be the same)


- Sponge brush
Steps:


1. Using the sponge brush, start applying a thin coat of the mod podge on the bottle. Then position the ribbon as you prefer it.


2. I used a lavender narrower ribbon for the top part of the bottle.


3. Then I made a small bow from the lavender ribbon, just for an accent.
I put some fake flowers in it and placed it next to my Decor Letters “Home” - http://www.happycreativeplace.com/diy-decor-letters/
I like how this vase turned out. It’s not perfect, but I think it’s cute :)
