Bridal Shower Centerpiece Ideas

I have had to come up with two different bridal shower centerpiece ideas this summer. Why? Well, my two sons decided to get married 6 weeks apart. Yeah, so... my husband and I will be eating peanut butter and jelly for the next 6 months.
Here is one of the centerpiece ideas I made that was fairly inexpensive, and turned out gorgeous. At least, I thought so. (smiles)

This centerpiece really looked beautiful on the table at the bridal shower.
I found the metal dress frame at my local Hobby Lobby store. I purchased it half-off for $20.
I can't live without spray paint, can you? I decided that silver would really soften the look of the dress form.
So much better!
Next, 5 yards of tulle was used, and folded in half to make the skirt. I took a needle and thread and gathered the skirt. I spread the tulle evenly around the waist, and used hot glue to attach it.
The last step was the most fun! I attached a satin ribbon that was the bride's wedding colors. Then I hot glued little white fabric roses onto the bodice of the dress. Overall, this bridal shower centerpiece cost around $40.00.
Enjoyed the project?
