Hosta Haven

With over 60 varieties of hosta, this garden is full of color, texture and eye appeal. I love to sit on the front porch with a glass of lemonade or cup of coffee and view the birds, and shades of the green hosta.
Combination of hosta, ferns, and huchera gives great color combinations.
Small water pump adds interest.
A large rock provides more interest with ferns and a Bold Ribbons Hosta.
A Coral Bells bloom against a backdrop of hosta and ferns.
The vines are hops. They are the only vine that I found to grow in shade.
Guacamole hosta grow in the sunny part with salvia and Stella de Oro Day Lillies!
Along the porch, I have four varieties of hosta that cascade in height. There's Montana in the back, next is Chiquita, Christmas Tree, and finally, Kabitan in front.
