What is the best sealant for outdoor use? I would like to use it for tea cups. Thanks

E 6000 is the very best on glass or cement or plastic.

Use a clear silicone sealant, it is what I use for all outdoor applications. I prefer GE Supreme Silicone, labeled for " windows, doors, attic and basement. It's waterproof and flexible.
