Like Clip

My beautiful Trumpet vine

This is the most blooms I have had on this one plant. The smell is amazing and some of them have pink on the edges

    That's a beautiful datura, Alice. And you present a great example of why common names can be so confusing. To me, a trumpet vine will always be the orange-flowered one, beloved of hummingbirds, that grew up my grandmother's clothesline, which I know now as Campsis radicans.

    yes it is...there are so many varieties too :). I Have some in my yard that bloom the Orange flowers, hummingbirds love them :)

    Jean, sounds like you have the true trumpet vine, Campsis radicans. Alice's plant is a Datura.
