Pottery Barn Inspired Chair

So you love the Pottery Barn look but you are on a budget. That's ok! You can get the look for less by shopping in the places you probably least expected! For me, I like to shop garage sales and thrift stores for small décor items, home wares, and clothing, but for large furniture purchases I prefer to scope out Craigslist. You can find all sorts of things like designer furniture that people simply want to sell so they can change up their homes, or maybe they are relocating. I have had my eye on this Pottery Barn slip covered chair, but it was WAY out of my price range, so I turned to CL and after a couple weeks of looking I found an ad for this chair. It was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for, at the price I could afford.
The chair was clean, in good shape, and of course close by. The beauty behind Craigslist is that you can tailor your search for specific items in specific cities so you don't have to go far to get what you want!
Here is the Pottery Barn chair that was the inspiration for my search.
