Brookfield Kitchen & Bath Remodel
by
S.J. Janis Company, Inc.
(IC: professional)
The homeowners of this Brookfield, Wisconsin tri-level home were looking to remodel their kitchen and design it specifically for cooking. They also updated their family room, master bath and guest bath as well. These updates made a huge difference in the overall feel of the entire home.
A guest bath with ceramic tile floors, 3" x 6" subway tile wainscoting, a new Kohler tub and all new Kohler fixtures.
The plate glass mirror was framed with ceramic tile to add the finishing touch and to integrate with the rest of the bathroom.
The cherry vanity stands at 34" to accommodate the tall homeowners and a "Red Dragon" granite vanity top adds the perfect contrast to the white Kohler Demlav wading pool sink.

Featuring a GE Advantium convection oven and a Jenn-Aire 36" refrigerator with a bottom freezer. A 30" Wold four burner gas range is shown with a flanking pan storage and pull out spice rack for the gourmet chef.
Aligning with the homeowner's request for a warmer wood feel, we decided upon maple cabinets in a Praline finish and New Global Exotics Natural Cumaru hardwood flooring extending through the hall to the front entry. The multi colored hardwood floor accentuates the cabinets and adds visual interest through color and contrast.

This tri-level's lower level family room is the perfect space for tv time.
This master bath was created with the idea of durability and low maintenance. 12" ceramic floor tile was installed on a diagonal and 10"x13" tile was used for wainscoting and throughout the shower.

Jackie Oliver on Oct 31, 2016Wow, your bathroom looks amazing! I love the vanity, and how the sink is set on top of it. It's so unique, I really like it! The red stone is also really pretty. Your new glass shower also look really nice. It keeps the room feeling really open. I would love to have my bathroom look like this! http://www.a1completeremodeling.com/#!slidesh...

I loved looking through all the pictures of the various home remodeling ideas. My favorite ones were the ones about the bathroom. My husband and I are planning on remodeling our bathroom, so we'll take a couple of your ideas. https://lwmoorebuilders.com/services.html
