The Garden Frog with C Renee on Aug 06, 2014I believe he is your normal all American bull frog but I believe it may be a FEMALE. Yep the female are larger than the males and can have yellow on their undersides. They eat anything that they can get in their mouths-other toads and frogs, snakes, fish, small birds and such. They live on the outer edges of ponds and water sources. So i would watch her otherwise your pond become the buffet. Happy gardening!Helpful Reply

Sherrie Slaboda on Aug 06, 2014@The Garden Frog with C Renee That big mouth would have a hard time eating one of my KOI because they are very large with the exception of a few. I'm going to have to plan how I get that fat girl frog out of that area of my pond. I'll be working on that tomorrow. I do have a very large net that might work. I finally solved the heron problem and now this. I understand they go hunting at night.Helpful Reply
