Garden Tote ReDo

My in-laws brought a few treasures to our place this spring. This wooden tote had a broken handle and some dated stenciling on the side. See how I got it ready for the county fair.
A broken handle is an easy fix. Time to trim one of the trees in the yard anyway.
While I love the weathered wood, I was not a fan of the stenciling on this side.
Two coats of DecoArt Chalkboard paint covered up the dated stenciling.
Condition with chalk.
wipe off chalk.
Here it is ready for the fair. I nestled in 6 chalkboard painted milk bottles (actually Frappuccino bottles) filled with herbs and then packed Spanish moss in between to keep them from spilling.
