Is anyone familiar with this style chair? Is it a Brueton? Knock-off?

My son bought this chair actually it was a set at our flea market. They didn't end up working out in his room. Hubby gave one to his friend and I'm left with this one. Trying to get some educated info...so, here I am.
This chair is on a chrome over what feels like steel, very heavy. There is a Velcro slip cover of brown good quality suede. When I googled it, it matched to Brueton design styles. Hubby and son paid $100.00 for two. Now I want to sell one but don't know what to ask for in price.
Brueton furniture is very expensive and the like styles are as well.
Also, how do you clean suede or suede like material? My dog jumped on the chair and of course drooled on it! :(.

Here is the chair. It is very comfy. Just doesn't match anything I own!
Velcro and zippers to close over very firm foam
Steel and chrome frame. Very heavy and sturdy.

The legs are in the style of Marcel Breuer chair. I don't know if this is one of his designs or not though. Awesome chair, by the way. You MIGHT be able to brush the drool out. You should have kept the other chair as they'd have better sold as a pair.
