Jane Goodwin on Aug 12, 2014Probably one of a kind, handmade. Maybe by a shoemaker for a special use or need. Looks like it originally had 4 little bottles. Perhaps a country doctor used it for herbs. Remember they were much closer to holistic back in the day.Helpful Reply
