Wintering over toads in a shallow pond
in the yard, however, the toads have found it, and there are about 30 under 2".
We wonder how to help them winter over as the pond is 8 inches deep by 6feet wide. With the heavy liner we know they can burrow in the mud, so any ideas to keep
them safe? will they jump out and go into the soil? any ideas appreciated.
