The Best Cut Flowers

I LOVE to have fresh flowers in the house! And the end of summer is when the garden is really providing some of the best finds!
These are some of my favorites! Their cheery colors really brighten a room…or a friend's day!
I scattered 3 packs of Zinnia seeds at the end of May, and now I have more Zinnias then I could cut!
And the more you cut, the more they bloom. Just always make sure to cut where the shoot meets the stem. That way new buds can bloom.
Black-eyed Susans are perfect filler flowers for an arrangement. They need to be divided fairly often, so find a friend with some to share!
And my last favorite flower…the Daisy. These too need to be divided often, so once again find a friend with some to share. With these 3 flowers, you can have weeks of fresh flowers to enjoy and share!
