Sandra on Aug 18, 2014Covering furniture is really not that much different than if you were to Decoupage onto cardboard etc. If you were to do a table top for example: make sure the top is very clean, paint the top in whatever colour background you like and allow to dry. Cut out whatever pictures etc you wish to use from scrapbooking paper, card etc and paint front and back with Mod Podge. When table top is dry just start playing your cut-outs where you want them, when your happy with your layout apply mod podge to back of your pictures and start laying on table, when all picture are applied paint the whole table with mod podge including pictures. It's a good idea to gives at least 3 coats of mod podge for a smooth finish. Hope that's a starting point..... have fun.Helpful Reply
