Peas! Peas! Peas! Keep a couple of bags in your freezer. They are very flexible to fit in the nooks and crannies. They are best for bumps and bruises. Again, they will fit around any shape.

As Hannah mentioned, sponges make great ice packs. Moisten and make sure you put them in ziplocks or you'll have all the melting water

I have to add ... when you're traveling you're going to get hot! Freeze some hand towels. They will feel great around your neck, and around your head. When you are out enjoying your vacation, you can be cool and comfortable.. Have fun!

If you are an outdoors person, go by the sports center and purchase some of those "neck scarves" that swell up when wet and keep you cool...they are fantastic! I hope they still make them.
