Mason Jar Blender Hack {aka DIY Magic Bullet}

I’m excited to share a quick trick for making your own DIY magic bullet (if you don't know, a Magic Bullet is a single serve blender). I have a magic bullet at home and we use it 3-4 times a day. I love being able to make one serving, and only have to clean the cup - its so convenient!
But if you don't own a Magic Bullet, are traveling or visiting family/friends, or it isn't in the budget, you probably already have everything you need to make your own!
You can use a mason jar on your blender! So cool!
And blend!

Lynn on Aug 27, 2015Leroy Eshelman...where did you read "walk away" in my post? I'm trying to save someone from injury. Why even comment? If a blender motor spins the collar (that holds the blades in place) counterclockwise, the blades will spin off the base...it will "unscrew" the jar because there are no "wings" to stop it. Please check you blenders before using a regular jar.
