What color should I paint my Florida home? Going for coastal- blue?

I have a ranch-style home with a metal roof and attached garage. The current trim is dark brown.

Yes blue is good it's a cool color but, if you want to get bold try warm color red ,yellow .for the trim shutters front door .That really makes coastal statement

I think a turquoise shade would look great with your brown trim.

I'd paint the trim white if possible, then you would have a larger selection of "sea" colors.
