How Much Sunlight Do Your Vegetables Need to Grow?

When most people think of vegetables, they automatically think "full Sunlight." While it is true that veggies like a lot of sun, not all vegetables are equal in that regard.
Some are actually reasonable tolerant of less sunlight than others. No vegetable can grow completely in the shade but some can do on about 3 hours of sunlight a day.

Vegetables grown for their leaves can take less sunlight.
Root vegetables are in the middle of the sunlight spectrum.
