Ellen Ruighaver on Jul 08, 2016I use Murphy's Oil on blood stains - a recommendation made by an OB nurse I was friends with back in the day ... using peroxide on anything that is colored (even whites sometimes) will bleach the color out if not done properly (I learned the hard way!) ... for greasy stains on clothing or sheets (I use coconut oil as a moisturizer) add a squirt of Dawn dishwashing detergent to the laundry - in cases of concentrated grease stains - pre-treat with Dawn then wash as directed. Has never failed me yet! Oh and ... save the vodka for the martini's!! ;)

Ellen Ruighaver on Jul 25, 2016Ugh ... if it's a beige or white sheet I would try the baking soda and peroxide - but not on a colored sheet ... let the baking soda and peroxide sit for a little while (not overnight it will burn the fabric) and wash as usual ...
