Donna Byram on Aug 21, 2014Your roller looks to be the type you have to loosen a nut off of the top of the bolt to remove. Make sure its not a pop in type roller by giving it a good tug first. If it doesn't budge, then you will have to remove the material on the bottom or cut a whole near the roller to get to the nut. Good luck.Helpful Reply

Patricia K Powell on Aug 21, 2014There is a (set of three) stripped screw remover kit you can get for about $10. It will remove any stripped screw you may come across that needs to be removed. It is a very handy tool to have on hand.Helpful Reply

Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Aug 22, 2014That's not a bolt. That's the head of the mounting part that allows the swivel on the wheel to work. The bolt should be seen from the other side of the footstool. It is either like Donna Byram said a pop in roller, or the nut that holds the roller in is located under the top padding of the stool.Helpful Reply

Adrianne C on Aug 23, 2014Agree with Woodbridge, that is not a bolt. The mounting screws are most likely on the other side.Helpful Reply

Adrianne C on Aug 24, 2014You shouldn't have to tear the fabric, most likely has staples attaching it.Helpful Reply
