Jenny Lind Headboard Bench
This bench is now known as the "puzzle" bench because of all of the bits and pieces that make it up, including extra bed parts and crib pieces.
What do you do when you only have one short foot board and want to make a headboard bench? You add height with bed legs, and arms made from cribs.
This is how that fabulous bench started--with this yard sale find, a Jenny Lind foot board.
The different wood tones are a dead giveaway of what pieces have been added to this bench.
this shot shows you how all of my random bits and pieces are coming together. From here, it looks like it will be a standard headboard bench build.... but wait--there's more.
