I have some chipped paint on my wall. Do I need to scrape it all off, or can I just paint right over it?

Hi Meir, yes you do need to scrape it all off by using a work force flexible scraper, depending how big the area you need to fix if it's a small area, you can just go to Homedepot to pick up a patching & repair kit will include everything you need to fix the wall. scrape -apply patch &paint spackling- dry - sand sheet to sand it down - apply primer let it dry -paint over with your favorite paint. hopefully will see your pictures after you fix it.
