In 1995 we converted our Carriage house into a classroom for homeschooling... after the boys graduated it became our Cabana!
The view from the third floor...
A cozy place to read outside the cabana...
The front view ...
Pool side patio behind the cabana...
Hanging loft ladder - this was before I repainted last month!
Sleeping loft...
Kitchenette... full of snack food for the boys of course !
C. 1950 stereo cabinet...
Built in bar !
Cabana entrance...
Repainted a soft turquoise and hung lace curtains and a hooky banner!
Patio rose - 20 years old and still blooming!
Over the couch... a reminder to my boys !
Cozy spot to watch TV and relax...

I love everything about this! I'd rather be here than in a classrooom any day :) I'm intrigued by this makeover, what did you do?

Thank you, Miriam. We did it all - we took it from a "raw space" to a finished room(s). We put in the kitchenette, sleeping loft, finished the floors, replaced and added windows etc. When it was a classroom it looked like a classroom (desks, bulletin boards, shelving etc.) and now it's a cute place for guests to change and relax!
