This project engaged all aspects of our construction services. We started with a foundation upgrade, installation of a moment frame and renovation of the existing garage. Then came the fun part, a complete renovation of the ground floor space, creating a unique loft style apartment. SF Garage Company was instrumental at every stage of the process, from planning to finish. We were able to meet the challenges of this unique building and create an interior that reflected the modern tastes of the owners, while respecting the historic character of the property.
