Can you paint laminate cabinets or counters with chalk paint?
-
Caitlin | Belong With Wildflowers on Aug 27, 2014Yes you can! First you'll want to sand down the laminate cabinets / counter with fine grit sandpaper. After that, apply 1 even coat of the chalk paint + allow it to dry for a minimum of 48 hours -- this helps promote the chalk paint "sticking" to the laminate. Once the paint is completely dry, add as many layers of paint as you'd like to achieve the right look :)Helpful Reply
