Circular driveway

The Garden Frog with C Renee on Aug 26, 2014I am not sure what you are asking-are you asking what materials for the driveway itself? If so, the determination for materials will be budget. Using crush and run gravel will be the least expensive while creating a brick drive could be the most expensive. You can use asphalt or concrete. If done right and maintained, the surface can last a very long time. Just make sure to get bids from at least 3 contractors and check their insurance, references, and licenses! Do not let them smooth talk you into anything! good luckHelpful Reply

The Chirping Frog on Oct 01, 2014Here is our circle drive..... we are in the country so we have a rock driveway... this is probably the most cost effective. We added a concrete border for the center island and over the years I've planted it.... low maintenance for the center would be a mulch that doesn't need replaced yearly (such as rock or rubber) and much less plantings (a couple trees, bushes and minimal perennials). ..... a rock garden would be beautiful.... and give some interest without needing as many flowers to care for.Helpful Reply
