I use the attachment on my carpet shampooer with a mixture of hot water and a tiny bit of Fabulosa cleaner. It works great and smells so nice too. I have grand babies and bottles and sippy cups tend to leak on furniture!

We use hot soapy water in small bucket; using washrag cleanse while making circular motions. We air dry them. Takes 4-8 hours total to completely dry, dependent upon windows being open! They look brand new when finished, and smell good. I have a sticky, crayola, marker, play-dough, fruit snack kind of mess typically and this method works well for our furniture.
