#1 Forgotten Step in Creating Your Gardens and Outdoor Spaces

Yes there is a forgotten step that many gardeners and even designers forget...
checking out the views from the 2nd story window...
or even from the back of a bed...
Since it is fall I thought this would be a great time to remind everyone that creating your beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces start with looking from the inside out, from the top down, or even from back to the walk up front.
Gardens are 3D but yet we treat them as 2 dimensional, why?
I believe it is only because many of us get so wrapped up in what our home and gardens look like from the curb and what the neighbors will see that we forget that our home and gardens are not for them but for US! {well in my case I have to add in 3 cats, 2 dogs, deer, and a bunch of wildlife}
So if you do not like your view from the window, snap a picture to remind yourself to tackle the not so pretty view from the window. Then walk your gardens and outdoor spaces and take photos from all angles. A camera captures a lot and gives you a chance to see what others see or do not see.
It is never too late to change or add beauty.
Work with nature and remember that nothing in nature says you plant in rows, from shortest to tallest, or even a foot apart...
Nature is random and beautiful and so can your gardens grow!
