Love your tude! Thanks for the sweet idea! -
I use an old swing set (with strings tied along it) to trellis pole beans or cucumbers. Works great! I hadn't thought about the hanging plants...would work with those upside down tomato planters to I think. -
Ok. I used an old swing frame for hanging baskets but never thought of the book case garden, and I do have one. Almost time to plant fall veggies and now I know where. -
Love it. -
I wonder if you could use an old metal shop shelf for the little raised garden!!!!!There are about 5 paces between shelves...I thought about putting down garden fabric, put the self down on it and fill each space with garden soil for veggies and flowers!!! what do you think????? -
Did the same thing with flower baskets and windchimes. -
Sweet!! -
Very nice Elaine...I always try to think outside the box...it is a lot of fun...Thanks... -
I missed the part about coffee filters or sponges? doh! :0/ -
You could also put a bird house or two mingled between the flower pots. I've used it for hanging bird seed as well! -
