Love seat needs a spanx to reshape it.

I have a leather love seat with somewhat big cushions and armrests. I'd like to make a slipcover from a nice fabric but the sofa needs reshaping first. I'm looking for something akin to a spanx to hold it in shape before designing the slipcover. Any ideas?
