Garden Gnomes - love them or hate them?

I love mine - a couple vintage and a couple of new make their home in my garden!

My brother has a smallish one that my girls use to play "hide the gnome" game in his back yard. My girls are the two in the middle with my other brothers girls on the wings.

Haven't you heard, gnomes are the new black! The Space Between is a gnome hater (and she hates pink flamingos too)!! We need to convert her.

I used to think they were so dorky....like what I think of yard fawns/deer right now, but they now have a cool quirkiness about them! I think I would totally snag one at a yard sale!

Ok, maybe we need to debate the merits of the pink flamingo?!

I find some gnomes amusing.. and have even spent several minutes in the garden center isles laughing at their silly faces. I neither hate nor love them. I haven't decided yet..if I like them enough to find a place for them in my garden or flower pot. I do like the vintage gnome in the red pants.
