REpurposing an old brass chadelier, to old iron for the patio

lamper/lys 09.08.15
I have always wanted to reuse an old brass chandy for the patio. So when a friend offered me one for FREE, I snatched it. I took it apart and removed all the electrical, put it back together so it could be used with candle cups and then got to spraying it 'old iron', paint I got on clearance. Then used rope to hang and added the blue candle cups and voila, an Old Iron Chandy for the patio
  • Old Brass Chandy - before beautification!

  • put back together and ready for paint.
  • spray paint on clearance, score!
  • Painted, candled, and roped for hanging.
  • Close up of iron with blue
