Bi-level revived after being left for dead!

We bought a 2200sf bi-level that was foreclosed upon and the owners took everything but the kitchen sink...oh wait, they took that too! It had standing water in the lower level, broken water pipes, etc. but it is in a great neighborhood and we now have it on the market. Rehabbing houses is challenging but so much fun! Here are some before and after photos!

Wow. Looks like a huge amount of work. How long did you spend working on it?

I live in a circa-60's Raised Ranch w/low Cathedral ceiling. Is there any really good websites out there that address the "open concept" living plan for new kitchen remodel with as much space-saving usage?

Steve, this one took us almost 3 months because we had some contractor issues. My husband and I do alot of the work but not all of it.
