Pallets as porch railings
-
Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Sep 03, 2014While I applaud you with creativity, I do not think I would attempt to use this material for a railing. Railings need to be solid and secure. Also splinter free. Most pallets are not all that perfect and can result in nasty splinters. IN addition the wood used for most pallets is low grade quality materials. This will result in faster rot and decay as compared to using treated wood.Helpful Reply
