How to make fabric uphostler cleaner?

I would like to clean my sofa which has a flower fabric. How can I make my own fabric cleaner? Help.

Windex. Really. Also works creat on rug stains. Spray and lightly rib. Can take several tries. It really works.

It sound crazy but Windex does the trick on the most stubborn stains. You have to put a bit of elbow grease into tough places. You may need to repeat. Do this instead of continuing to work at it. You will get your sofa and other things e.i carpet stains too wet.

Susan, you are agreeing with the Windex to clean upholstery then the last sentence sounds ...well, just not sure. Don't do it, for you will get your sofa too wet or when you do clean it, you will get your sofa wetter than normal while cleaning. isn't clear.
