Raised Bed Garden

What do you do with an old baby crib when you can't sell it anymore? You turn it into a Raised Bed Garden.

Furniture: When did veneer come into play with furniture? I have an old dresser that is supposedly from the late 1800's and it has

veneer.

Cleaning & Organization: How do you remove stains from composite decking. like Trex?

Pressure washing does not work well because it sort of "fuzzes" up the deck. I also have composite railings that have stains and I would like to remove them. Any ideas? Thanks.

We have a small brewpub / smoke house in our town that install trex on their out door deck. ...»
This deck was a light tan color, being a fan of good brew and BBQ we obviously checked it out right after they opened. They had only been open a week when we first visited. Out on the deck was a fan tail of "black greasiness" that followed the normal foot traffic of the wait staff. It was absolutely hideous. Here it is now a couple of years later and the entire deck looks pretty crappy. As a home owner you would never have this amount of greasy soiling, but then again...and wood deck if every grossly soiled could be sanded down.

Gardening: How do I remove the light bulb Metal casing that is still in the socket when I unscrewed the light bulb?

I'm afraid to use metal to try to unscrew it. Should I cut off circuit breakers? Someone suggested a potato--but that has moisture in it and I could get shocked.
