Update: Doorway to My Woods

In 2011 I asked my husband and daughter to put a real door going into our woods, as my Mother's Day gift. They did a great job.
I was out there earlier this Summer and noticed most of the original paint had been weathered and worn off.
So I decided it is truly time for me to paint the door to protect it from the elements here in Georgia before we get our Winter rains.
Here are before and after pictures of the paint job. Now I'm working on the area around the door to make it feel like a porch.
The colors on this door puts a smile on my face each time I look out the window at it.
