AMamani on Sep 06, 2014I've always known it as a weed too. And then I moved to Bolivia, where it is called Verdolaga, and we get excited to find it. Pick off the leaves, mix in a little chopped tomato and some soft fresh cheese... delicious! They produce TONS of seeds, so if it is in area where you don't want it make sure to pull them up while still small. Waiting until they are bigger and easier to pull out will only spread the seeds.Helpful Reply
