Matthew Garcia on Sep 07, 2014To is the amount of light you want it's really easy to do even a slightly elaborate custom setup with LEDs and only a couple solar panels. The easiest method would be to use garden posts they fir almost anywhere can be easily modified to accept any kind of glass covering/shade/light diffusion apparatus. But with a bit of effort and a soldering iron you can get neon effects with el wire.Helpful Reply
