From Pallet to Display
I'm going to participate in a craft fair this Saturday and wanted a display that would catch some attention. So my brother in law had some pallets that he let me have and I got my husband involved and here's what we came up with, I LOVE it!!
This is similar to what we started with, I borrowed this picture from VintageNewsJunkie.com because I didn't take a picture of the pallets when we started.
Here's my husband using his Kreg jig and some scrap wood to make the frame. He then pulled the planks off of the pallets and attached them to the frame.
And here's the finished product!! I LOVE it, very rustic and just what I wanted. My sign is up over 6 feet so it will be seen over heads and it will look great in my booth area. Oh and here's another plus, a friend of mine told me when the show was over I could put out a 5 cents shingle and give advice like Lucy from Charlie Brown! LOL
